Furthermore once your installation is complete, MENA Solar Energy provides 24/7 “go-live” or production and maintenance support in order to ensure a successful transition to its clients’ local resources.
MSE’s team sets up dedicated solution centers to support the engineering, commissioning and maintenance of solar installations. MENA Solar Energy is dedicated to establishing long-term partnerships with our clients that encourage success through mutual benefit.
MSE has the capability to provide the following support services once your installation is complete:
- Ongoing training of local client resources
- Ordering and storage of any spare parts such as solar panels, lights, PV panels etc.
- On-call team of solar engineers and consultants
- End-to-end outsourcing and application maintenance of your solar installation
MSE also offers the continued operation of the large scale installations on behalf of its clients by running and maintaining your solar system to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
